Exclusive Use & Weddings

Catered Exclusive use in Pembrokeshire 

Elm Grove offers the opportunity for exclusive use, ensuring that only those personally invited by you are present on the premises.

Our accommodation can host a maximum of 22 guests across 11 generously sized and uniquely designed en-suite bedrooms.

In contrast to traditional "exclusive use" properties where self-catering is the norm, we offer a different experience. You won't have to worry about lifting a finger or handling a frying pan. All our rates include a home cooked full breakfast, and we provide the option to include evening meals.

The house will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure.

The costs vary according to the time of year and catering requirements, with prices starting from £1680 per night B&B for the whole house. 

THE EXCLUSIVE USE RATE INCLUDES:

  • All bedrooms (11 rooms- 8 doubles, 2 twins, 1 single)

  • Daily housekeeping

  • Cooked breakfast each morning

  • Private parking

  • Events/Activity co-ordination

  • Option of evening meals or bespoke catering (charges apply)

  • Wi-fi

  • Croquet lawn, games room, grass tennis court (seasonal)

  • Private Gardens and Grounds (charges apply if erecting marquee/tent)

  • Lounge & Licensed Bar, Wine Cellar (drinks are chargeable)

WEDDING RECEPTION VENUE

As a small, intimate venue we host a maximum of 2 weddings a year.

We are able to cater for up to 30 for a sit down reception in the main country house; or for larger weddings up to 80 people, couples will need to hire a marquee/stretch tent and engage outside caterers - we are happy to provide recommendations and liaise with the companies chosen.

As part of the reception package the house will need to be hired on an exclusive use basis for a minimum of 2 nights (other charges and T&Cs apply) - where accommodation for up to 22 people on a B&B basis is included.
